Ten companies conspired to monopolize the market for heavy duty truck transmissions, according to a federal class action in Delaware. The Bankruptcy Estate of Performance Transportation Services sued Eaton Corp., Daimler Trucks, Freightliner, Navistar International, International Truck and Engine Corp. Paccar, Kenworth Truck Co., Peterbilt, Volvo Trucks, and Mack Trucks.
