A federal court in New York dismissed art dealers’ claims against Swiss government agencies that ordered the plaintiffs’ antiquities to remain in a Geneva warehouse pending the outcome of a criminal investigation into the origin of the items.

NEW YORK – A federal court in New York dismissed art dealers’ claims against Swiss government agencies that ordered the plaintiffs’ antiquities to remain in a Geneva warehouse pending the outcome of a criminal investigation into the origin of the items. The court found that the antiquities were not taken in violation of international law.
