MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled against a man who claimed his self-inflicted gunshot wound was due to the failure of his employer’s worker’s compensation insurance carrier to approve payment for a refill of his antidepressant medication. The man was prescribed the medication after he was gored by a bull and injured while working at a livestock yard.
