Anti-Trump Protesters

A federal court in Arizona certified a class of individuals who were “unlawfully dispersed” by the use of pepper spray and other chemical agents when police officers fired into an anti-Trump protest. The class is modified to include individuals who did not throw objects or attempt to breach the “free speech zone.”
