Anti-Trafficking Funds

MANHATTAN - The Administration for Children and Families faces a new federal complaint seeking its records on a $15.9 million grant of Trafficking Victim Protection Act funds to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, which prohibits subcontractors from funding abortion or contraception services and referrals.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed a similar suit last year.
