Anthem Policyholders Say |They Were Cheated In Demutualization

CINCINNATI (CN) - Cincinnati Bell Telephone and affiliates defrauded policyholders of 459,223 shares of Anthem common stock when defendant Anthem Insurance Cos. demutualized, according to a $150 million class-action claim in Federal Court. Defendants include Broadwing and affiliates, Zoomtown, and Anthem/Wellpoint Inc. See complaint.
