PITTSBURGH (CN) - A student claims Seneca Valley High School ROTC instructor Kevin B. Johnson sexually molested him on campus and threatened to kill his family if he told. And he claims that when he told a school guidance counselor about the attacks, "The counselor responded that they were there to talk about a different issue, and failed to report the conduct or ask further questions."
According to the federal complaint, "The Jackson Township police department investigated, and discovered Johnson had sexually abused Plaintiff and at least one other student for several years." It adds that Johnson has been charged with "70 counts of sex-related offenses" and is awaiting trial in Butler County.
The John Doe plaintiff is represented by Samuel Cordes.
