Another Page In The ‘Kristen’ Saga

TRENTON, N.J. (CN) - A woman sued Ashley Alexandra Dupre, Joseph Francis and Mantra Films for defamation, privacy invasion, and identity theft, claiming Dupre, known as "Kristen" in the Elliot Spitzer sex scandal, misrepresented herself as the plaintiff in the "Girls Gone Wild" video that Francis then hawked to cash in on Dupre's notoriety. Amber Arpaio claims Dupre misrepresented herself as Arpaio in the video.

Arpaio demands punitive damages for conspiracy to commit tort, defamation, and misappropriation. She is represented in Federal Court by Robert Dunn of Morristown.
