Another Family Says Xe/Blackwater|Killed Their Father for No Reason

SAN DIEGO (CN) - Another family claims mercenaries working for Xe, formerly known as Blackwater, killed their father for no reason in Iraq. The late Sa'ad Raheem Jarallah was a 53-year-old schoolteacher when Blackwater mercenaries killed him near Al Watahba Square on Sept. 9, 2007, say his widow and four children.

The Jarallahs demand punitive damages for war crimes, wrongful death, spoliation of evidence and four other charges. They are represented by Oliva & Associates of San Diego, Burke O'Neil of Washington, D.C., and the Center for Constitutional Rights in New York.

Here are the defendants: Xe, formerly known as Blackwater Worldwide and Blackwater Lodge And Training Center Inc.; Falcon; Blackwater Security Consulting LLC; Blackwater Armor And Targets LLC; Blackwater Airships LLC; Blackwater Logistics LLC; Raven Development Group LLC; Greystone Limited Total Intelligence Solutions LLC; The Prince Group LLC; EP Investments LLC; U.S. Training Center; U.S. Training Center Southwest; and Erik Prince.
