SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld the dismissal of a putative class action brought against SeaWorld by a woman who claims the theme park continued to collect monthly payments for her annual pass while the park was closed due to the pandemic. The court ruled the woman failed to prove she relied on an “specific misrepresentation” made by SeaWorld.
