LOS ANGELES (CN) - Anna Nicole Smith's 18-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, has been declared the sole heir to the late model's estate. Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff granted a petition by Smith's former attorney, Howard K. Stern, to clarify the 2001 will, which was written five years before Dannielynn was born.
The decision also establishes a trust in the girl's name, and names her father, Larry Birkhead, and Stern as co-trustees.
Dannielynn stands to inherit millions if the estate wins a drawn-out legal battle with relatives of Smith's wealthy second husband, J. Howard Marshall, who left most of his fortune to the former Playboy bunny.
