SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - Plaintiffs in three class actions accusing DreamWorks, Disney and other animation studios of fixing wages dismissed without prejudice charges against one defendant.
Lead plaintiffs Robert Nitsch Jr., Georgia Cano and David Wentworth all dismissed their claims against Digital Domain 3.0 on Wednesday.
Remaining defendants include DreamWorks Animation, Pixar, LucasFilm, Disney, Sony and others.
The animation studios are accused of fixing wages and restricting career opportunities for employees.
