Angry YouTube Divorcee Loses N.Y. Divorce Ruling

NEW YORK (CN) - A federal judge granted a divorce to so-called "YouTube divorcee" Tricia Walsh-Smith, whose online videos notoriously trashed her Broadway mogul ex-husband for trying to evict her from his Park Avenue apartment.

Judge Harold Beeler upheld a prenuptial agreement signed before Walsh-Smith's 1999 wedding to Philip Smith, president of The Shubert Organization.

The ruling means Walsh-Smith has 30 days to leave the posh apartment, and Smith must pay her $750,000.

Philip said he was "sorry it had to come to this," but added, "I'm happy with the decision of the judge, and I'm happy with the outcome."

But Walsh-Smith had wanted the courts to let her pursue a bigger settlement."I think it's disgusting," she said. "I'm really, really disappointed with the decision."
