BOSTON (CN) – A hedge fund analyst who says he developed an immensely profitable system that earned his company $100 million in the “subprime derivative market” has sued Regiment Capital Advisers and its founder, Timothy Peterson, claiming they cheated him of his share of the profits. Craig Kelleher claims his invention, “ABX trades,” accounted for 72% of the profits of Regiment’s largest fund. See complaint.
