A federal court in Colorado dismissed an antitrust suit brought by American Cricket Premier League, LLC, which claimed that a corrupt bidding process prevented the fair consideration of its bid to create an internationally recognized cricket league in the U.S.

DENVER – A federal court in Colorado dismissed an antitrust suit brought by American Cricket Premier League LLC, which claimed that a corrupt bidding process prevented the fair consideration of its bid to create an internationally recognized cricket league in the U.S. The plaintiff failed to plead diversity of citizenship and the court lacks jurisdiction over its claims.
