Almond 'Milk'

A federal judge properly dismissed a woman’s complaint that Blue Diamond Growers mislabels its almond beverages as “milk” since no reasonable consumer would there’s dairy milk or the equivalent in a jug of almond milk, the Ninth Circuit <a href="https://webservices.courthousenews.com/sites/Data/AppellateOpinionUploads/2018-20-12--20-02-30%2017-55901.pdf"><strong>ruled</strong></a> Thursday.

PASADENA, Calif. – A federal judge properly dismissed a woman’s complaint that Blue Diamond Growers mislabels its almond beverages as “milk” since no reasonable consumer would there’s dairy milk or the equivalent in a jug of almond milk, the Ninth Circuit ruled Thursday.
