Almond ‘Milk’

A federal judge properly dismissed a woman’s complaint that Blue Diamond Growers mislabels its almond beverages as “milk” since no reasonable consumer would there’s dairy milk or the equivalent in a jug of almond milk, the Ninth Circuit ruled Thursday.
