Alleged Spycams in Restrooms Spark Lawsuit

HACKENSACK, N.J. (CN) - Employees of companies that rented a shared office building say their privacy was invaded when someone installed spy cameras in the public restrooms. Eleven employees, including two men, sued property owner Kushner LLC for damages, medical expenses, lost wages, interest and legal costs.

Defendants include Route 208 Associates, Westminster Management, CK Bergen Holdings and Kushner Properties.

Plaintiffs are represented in Bergen County Court by Albert Wunsch III.
