ANNAPOLIS (CN) - Investors claim George O'Neal, a twice-convicted felon, defrauded them of "tens of thousands of dollars" in a real estate scam he ran through his company, Kelley Development Corp. O'Neal claimed to be buying and renovating row houses near Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Plaintiffs claim O'Neal was convicted of federal mail fraud in Georgia and mail fraud and money laundering in Virginia, to which state they believe he has relocated.
They claim Richard Eshelman and RDS Properties aided and abetted the scheme. Plaintiffs are represented in Anne Arundel County Court by John Brennan of Crofton, Md.
