Alleged CIA Agent Says Penguin Defamed Him

CLARKSBURG, W. VA. (CN) - Robert Sensi, who claims he is a CIA agent, says Penguin Group and author Larry Kolb illegally published his CIA file in the book "America At Night" and defamed him by accusing him and two co-plaintiffs of being "Al-Qaeda sympathizers."

He also says the book defames him by saying he and his co-plaintiffs are "supporters of terrorism against the United States, of corruption in politics and substantially affecting the outcome of the 2004 United States Presidential election."

The book is listed on Amazon.com as "America at Night - The True Story of Two Rogue CIA Operatives, Homeland Security Failures, Dirty Money, and a Plot to Steal the 2004 U.S. President Election - by the Former Intelligence Agent Who Foiled the Plan."

The pro se claim by Sensi, of Gambrills, Md., also seeks damages for plaintiffs Joseph Serian of Shinnston, W. Va., and General Wayne Jackson of Jupiter, Fla.

The suit states that the book was published on Feb. 1. It claims the book accuses Sensi of sympathizing with Al-Qaeda, and accuses Serian and Jackson of this "by innuendo and association."
