"I did not assault Rihanna," a man claiming to be Christopher Maurice Brown says in a federal lawsuit against Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
"She gave me herpes and then when I threatened to file a lawsuit against her for not telling me she was infested with genital blisters she began to hit herself in the face and throw herself against the walls just as Jim Carey did in the movie 'Liar Liar,'" he claims. "Then she turned around and blamed me for the matter as a form of punishment."
R&B singer Chris Brown pleaded guilty to assaulting his famous ex-girlfriend in 2009.
According to the lawsuit, Rihanna threatened "to take matters to a new extreme" if Brown sued.
"I was scared but now I just cannot take it anymore," the plaintiff claims. "I woke up this morning with three blisters on my penis when I touched the shaft of my penis to urinate one of the blisters popped. I wanted my new girlfriend to give me a blow job and she freaked out and screamed 'Stranger Danger' while pointing at me.
"I was planning on proposing to [Rihanna], and even wrote the song 'Don't Wake Me Up' for her, but now this relationship is ruined," he says.
He claims it was "Rihanna's plan all along" to sabotage his relationships with other women by giving him "a case of herpes from Barbados, which is most likely lethal."
"Now I have to worry about touching my eyes after I urinate or master bate (sic) in fear that I will infect my eyes with genital herpes," the plaintiff claims. "Have you ever seen pictures of what this looks like? I need a restraining order against Rihanna and her case of genital herpes immediately."
He says Rihanna's "lies and bias" cost him "millions of dollars in endorsements and job opportunities."
The lawsuit lists an Indianapolis address for the plaintiff, though he filed suit in Nashville.
