AUSTIN, Texas — In three lawsuits brought against Alex Jones by parents of two Sandy Hook shooting victims, a judge in Travis County, Texas, issued default judgment against the InfoWars host, citing his “consistent pattern of discovery abuse.” The parents sued Jones for defamation and emotional distress arising from broadcasts in which he called the 2012 shooting that killed 20 children and seven other people a hoax.
