ATTORNEY FEES - A fisherman challenged the amount of attorney fees awarded in his contract action against Valdez Fisheries. The Alaska Supreme Court found that although the case was relatively simple, involved modest sums of money and resulted in a relatively minor verdict, such factors do not justify a limited award. Reversed. See ruling.
