SACRAMENTO (CN) - Basic Research defrauds consumers by selling Akavar and claiming that 100% of its lucky takers will "see excess fat 'pulled from bulging parts of your body,'" claims a class-action complaint. Also sued are Dynakor Pharmaceutical, Western Holdings, Dennis Gay, Daniel Mowrey Ph.D., and Mitchell Friedlander. See complaintin Superior Court.
