Airplane Claims

A federal court in Nevada denied, in part, Allegiant Air’s motion to dismiss stockholders’ allegations that the company made statements assuring that its fleet was safe and reliable, while it used second-hand aircraft and had maintenance issues, delays and other problems that affected the stock price.
