Airline Wins Injunction

A federal court in Texas ruled in favor of American Airlines, finding that it proved that members of its employees’ unions “conducted a concerted” work slowdown, causing flight delays, and the unions failed their duty to stop it. The airline is entitled to a permanent injunction.
