Airline Sues Yahoo! For Selling Trademarks As Keywords

     FORT WORTH (CN) – American Airlines claims Yahoo!’s search engine will not give Internet users “objective natural” results because Yahoo! sold American’s trademarks as keywords to third parties, whose Web sites are listed above the airline’s in Yahoo! search results.

     American also sued Overture Services dba Yahoo! Search Marketing, of Pasadena, Calif. American is represented by Dee Kelly with Kelly Hart & Hallman.
