Airline regulations

BOSTON — A federal court in Massachusetts found in favor of airlines in their claim against the state attorney general over the Massachusetts Earned Sick Time Law, finding that it is preempted by the Airline Deregulation Act with regard to airlines’ in-flight and ground employees.
