AIG Stiffed Disabled Worker, Says Fed Judge

MANHATTAN (CN) - American International Group arbitrarily and capriciously terminated long-term disability benefits for a disabled worker, a federal judge ruled in granting the woman summary judgment. AIG must pay the woman the benefits it has denied her since 2004, plus interest.
