Aggressive Lawyers Lead To Higher Attorney Fees

BOSTON (CN) - In the case of a teen who was beaten at gunpoint by a police officer, the 1st Circuit ruled that the government official who aimed the gun at the boy should pay a higher portion of attorney fees than the officer, because the boy's mother spent more time and money battling the official's "Stalingrad-type defense."
