Agent Plays Dirty, Outraged Model Claims

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A male model claims his former agent threatened to release "autoerotic" videotapes of him - to post them on the Internet and send copies to his father, a minister - unless he rehires the man as his agent. He claims the agent got him to make the tapes by promising him a $100,000 job as an underwear model if he did so.

John Doe sued Klein Al'n aka Dwain Singleton in Superior Court.

Doe claims that he himself created, paid for and made the four autoerotic videos, and they belong to him. "Defendant gained temporary possession of the tapes by falsely promising that if plaintiff created such autoerotic scenes and permitted defendant to view them privately, defendant would make plaintiff part of an underwear model commercial that would pay plaintiff over $100,000," according to the complaint.

He says that Singleton "never made good on the promise and when plaintiff demanded his tapes back, defendant refused and continues to refuse to return the tapes."

Doe claims that Singleton already has sent a color photo of his "exposed genitalia," taken from one of the tapes, to Doe's father, "at a place of worship where the father presides."

He says that Singleton also "threatens to make a public disclosure of the tapes to a large number of people, to post the tapes on the internet, and to send the tapes to companies that may employ plaintiff as an actor or model, unless plaintiff agrees for defendant to again represent plaintiff as his agent and to take of percentage of all of plaintiff's future income."

Doe seeks a restraining order, an injunction and costs.

He is represented by Mark Hathaway.
