WASHINGTON (CN) - The Federal Trade Commission seeks comments on two changes it plans to make to labeling requirements for alternative fuels and vehicles that use them.
The changes would consolidate the FTC's alternative fueled vehicle labels with new fuel economy labels required by the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and eliminate the FTC labeling for used vehicles that run on alternative fuel.
