WASHINGTON (CN) – The Alcohol Tobacco and Trade Bureau has recognized three new American Viticultural Areas, allowing wine makers using grapes from those areas to list the designation on their bottles. Two of the areas are in California; the Coombsville viticultural area is in southern Napa County and the Fort Ross-Seaview viticultural area is in western Sonoma County. The third area is the Naches Heights viticultural area in Yakima County, Wash. Click the document icon for this regulation and others.
