The Ninth Circuit <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/9th-circuit-fire-department.pdf">found</a></strong> Monday that an Arizona fire district with fewer than 20 employees must face age-discrimination claims.

SAN FRANCISCO – Conflicting with its sister circuits, the Ninth Circuit found Monday that an Arizona fire district with fewer than 20 employees could still be subject to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
