LAS VEGAS (CN) - Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf have filed a second lawsuit over their investment in the Pure nightclub at Caesars Palace. Tennis' power couple claims defendant AA Touch, the owner of Pure, defaulted on an agreement to buy Agassi's and Graf's shares of it.
Agassi and Graf claimed in a separate lawsuit in September 2010 that Pure's managers mismanaged funds and used the club's money to fund competing clubs. The lawsuit was dismissed in January.
In the new complaint, Agassi, Graf, Darren Cahill and Boreta Enterprises claim in that AA Touch defaulted on installment payments on promissory notes, the amount of which is not specified.
The plaintiffs seek damages "significantly greater than $50,000," alleging breach of contract.
