After-School Shooting

An appeals court in Texas ruled Kody Austin Lott was properly convicted of murder and aggravated assault for killing a 13-year-old girl and wounding another. Lott confessed to shooting at the students with an AR-15-style rifle as they walked home from school. He told police he had “just wanted some people to feel a little bit of pain.”
