Affordable Housing Software Causes Squabble

WASHINGTON (CN) - KnowledgePlex claims it developed software to help policymakers, scholars and investors study and develop affordable housing, an initiative of the Fannie Mae Foundation, and that Metonymy Inc. dba Placebase swiped its trade secrets, breached contract and violated contract to work up and sell its own systems, called "Pushpin" and the "PolicyMap for the Reinvestment Fund." Plaintiff wants the profits. See the federal complaint.
