Affleck Hit With Second|Sexual Harassment Suit

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A second woman who worked with director Casey Affleck on his Joaquin Phoenix documentary has filed a $2.25 million sexual harassment lawsuit against Ben Affleck's brother, claiming he climbed into bed with her while she was sleeping and groped her. Another woman working on the film filed a similar lawsuit last week.

Cinematographer Magdalena Gorka says in Los Angeles Superior Court that it was decided that the crew would sleep at Phoenix's house rather than spending money on hotels while making the documentary, "I'm Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix" which focuses on the actor's efforts to recast himself as a rapper.

"During the middle of the night, [Gorka] awoke to find Affleck lying in the bed next to her," according to the lawsuit. "Unbeknownst to [Gorka], Affleck had entered the bedroom while she was asleep and crawled into the bed. When she woke up, Affleck was curled up next to her in the bed wearing only his underwear and a T-shirt."

The lawsuit continued: "He had his arm around her, was caressing her back, his face was within inches of hers and his breath reeked of alcohol."

Gorka says she jumped up and told Affleck to get out of her bed.

"Affleck responded by asking 'why?' Plaintiff said 'because you are married and because you are my box.' Affleck, undeterred, asked if plaintiff 'was sure.' Plaintiff said she was sure and insisted that he leave the room. Affleck left and slammed the odor in anger."

Gorka says she was forced to leave the project, and that she was "berated and verbally attacked' for refusing Affleck's sexual advances.

She says she wasn't paid after leaving the project, and that she was stripped of her Director of Photography credit.

Another female producer, Amanda White, filed a similar suit last week in Los Angeles Superior Court.

White says Affleck harassed her by telling a male crew member to show her his penis, discussing his sexual exploits and locking himself and Phoenix inside her bedroom while they had six with other women.

She says Affleck withheld her wages and her producer's fee for objecting.

Affleck has denied the accusations.
