SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - The relatives of eight advisors to the former Macedonian president, all of whom died in a 2004 plane crash in Bosnia, may not sue Raytheon Aircraft Co. for wrongful death, the 9th Circuit ruled.
A three-judge panel held that the General Aviation Revitalization Act's 18-year statute of repose bars any lawsuit against the Massachusetts-based aircraft company.
