LUXEMBOURG – The European General Court dismissed two actions Thursday by a Belgian company that was denied EU trademarks for a shoe design consisting of two parallel stripes. Adidas, whose mark consists of three stripes, challenged the registration on the basis that there was a likelihood of confusion.
