PORTLAND, Ore. — Adidas successfully sought dismissal of a securities class action brought against it in Oregon federal court by investors who said the sportswear company did not disclose inappropriate, offensive behavior committed by its celebrity business partner Kanye West. The investors did not identify any corporate statements from Adidas that were actionable under the Securities Exchange Act.
