ACLU Demands Torture Records|From Pentagon & CIA’s Secret Prisons

WASHINGTON (CN) - The ACLU demands unredacted records from Combatant Status Review Tribunals of 14 "high value" prisoners now at Guantanamo. Attorney General Michael Mukasey acknowledged that at least three of the 14 were tortured with waterboarding in secret CIA prisons where they were held for up to four years, the ACLU says in its federal FOIA claim against the Defense Department and the CIA.
