Accuser’s Anonymity

A federal court in New York ruled that a plaintiff who claims Kevin Spacey sexually assaulted him when he was a minor cannot proceed in his suit anonymously, finding that the actor has suffered “significant reputational damage” from the allegations and the public interest's in knowing the accuser’s identity weighs against his use of a pseudonym.
