Accident reports

RICHMOND, Va. — The Fourth Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of personal injury lawyers who used personal information in car accident reports to mail unsolicited advertising materials to drivers. The court ruled the plaintiff drivers failed to preserve their argument that an accident report is a “motor vehicle record.”
