MANHATTAN (CN) - Merrill Lynch demands $78 million from Global Strategies and three members of the Nasser family, claiming they ran up losses in Merrill Lynch trading accounts through risky trades that didn't pan out. Named as defendants in New York County Court are Global Strat aka Global Strategies, Excel Global Opportunities Fund Ltd., Inversiones Patagonia International SA, Saluc Limited, Ezequiel Nasser, Raymond Nasser, and Albert Nasser.
