Abortion services

CINCINNATI — The Court of Common Pleas in Hamilton County, Ohio, issued a temporary restraining order prohibiting the state Department of Health from revoking a Dayton women’s clinic’s ambulatory surgical facility licensing or otherwise prevent it from providing abortion services due to its noncompliance with a new state law that prohibits doctors affiliated with state universities or colleges to serve as “backup” doctors for such facilities.
