Abortion rights on Montana ballots

HELENA, Mont. — The Montana Supreme Court rejected the state attorney general’s determination that a ballot initiative, which seeks to amend the state constitution and enshrine women’s right to abortion, was legally insufficient. The state’s high court finds that the initiative does qualify to appear on the ballot.
