Abortion Opponents Sue Rockford, Ill.

ROCKFORD, ILL. (CN) - Twenty-six plaintiffs claim the City of Rockford violated their constitutional rights by refusing to accept this paid advertisement for bus stop benches: "Abortion Kills Children," which they want placed "on a public bus stop bench across from Swedish American Hospital, at which abortions are performed."
