Abortion Opponent Sues Union Over Dues

ALBUQUERQUE (CN) - A women claims her employer, the State of New Mexico, forced her to pay union dues to co-defendant AFSCME, and promised they would donate the money to a charity of her choice, because she refuses to pay dues to AFSCME, which endorses candidates who support abortion rights. She claims the defendants never delivered the money as promised.
