A federal court in Arkansas temporarily blocked an order preventing the only surgical abortion clinic in the state from performing the procedure during the Covid-19 pandemic, finding the record supports the clinic’s claim that the ban will inflict “serious physical, emotional and psychological injuries” on patients by forcing them to delay or forgo abortions.
